Who we are
For over 30 years, it Studio Ruzzon
deals with condominium administrations, condominium audits and rentals, in Milan and in the hinterland. Our business is inspired by the constant regulatory and technological update, with particular attention to the quality-price ratio. The activity of the Firm focuses on careful cost management and on transparency in management. The Firm has thirty years of experience in managing historic buildings.
Following the handover completed in 2017, today the study is led by Dr. Lidia Ruzzon
that, after 17 years, it has become the owner. The Dr. Lidia Ruzzon
has a degree in political economics from theCatholic University of Milan
with full marks. In addition to experience in the private sector, he also held public positions as budget assessor, municipal councilor and served on the board of directors of TASM.
The Firm receives the Sigg. condominiums from Monday to Thursday from 15:00 to 17:00
without an appointment, and at other times by appointment.
